Unfortunately a small number of customers have recently experienced some issues with their security cameras caused by the current version of the 'time2 Surveillance Pro' security camera app. We're working hard with our developers to fix these problems, but in the meantime we would recommend that you download and use a different app that is compatible with your camera - the NetCam app.
The NetCam app will allow you to do everything our time2 app does including alerts, recording and monitoring a live stream.
