I changed my router or Wi-Fi password
Reconnect Time2 devices after a router change or updated Wi-Fi password.
All current Time2 Wi-Fi cameras and smart devices
Before you start
- Have your new Wi-Fi network name and password ready.
- Confirm the new router broadcasts a 2.4 GHz network.
Steps
- 1Power the camera off.
- 2Remove the microSD card if one is fitted.
- 3Open Clan At Home and remove the camera from your device list.
- 4Reset the camera using its product-specific reset guide.
- 5Add the camera again in Clan At Home using your new router's Wi-Fi details.
The camera reconnects to your new Wi-Fi network and appears online in Clan.
