Setting up a new Time2 device
Get a new Time2 camera or device online and connected to the Clan At Home app.
All current Time2 cameras and smart devices
Before you start
- Have your Wi-Fi network name and password ready.
- Confirm your phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
- Keep your product's Quick Start Guide to hand.
Steps
- 1Download the Clan At Home app from the App Store or Google Play.
- 2Create a Clan account or sign in.
- 3Power on your Time2 device and wait for its indicator light.
- 4In Clan At Home, add the device and follow the on-screen device selection flow.
- 5Where your guide requires it, confirm the device's red LED is flashing to show pairing mode.
- 6Enter your Wi-Fi password when prompted.
- 7Let the camera scan the QR code shown by the app.
- 8Wait for the connection to complete, then name the device and select a room.
The device appears in your Clan At Home device list and you can open its live view.
