Steps

1Confirm your devices work in the Clan At Home app first.
2Repeat the documented link and authorise flow: Add > Set up device > Works with Google > search Smart Life > sign in with Clan credentials > link Clan At Home > Authorise.
3Linked Clan devices should then appear.
