We offer a 30 Day full refund returns policy if the item does not meet with your satisfaction when you receive it. In this case, you will be responsible for safe return of the item with all original packaging in the same condition as it was dispatched. We also offer a 14 month warranty on all products registered on our website. FAQs

If you are selecting the “socket (WiFi)” option under the “Add Manually” tab on the Clan at Home app then deactivate your Bluetooth from your smartphone or tablet device. This may then prompt you to reset Arthur (instructions to reset can be found on page 12 of the quick start guide.) Once reset, begin the process of pairing Arthur again ensuring your Bluetooth is deactivated.

Some customers may need to setup the socket using a different method. Please see the Quick Setup guide and follow the instructions on page 9 to set the socket up using AP mode.

No you will not. Once you plug the socket back into power it will power up and connect back up to the WiFi.

No. Once the Arthur is setup you can control the power using the power button on it.

Yes, of course. Once the Smart Plug Socket is set up and working on one account you can share access with other people so that they can also control your WiFi Plugs.

Remove the plug from the app by holding down the icon of the smart plug you wish to remove. Once you have selected the relevant plug(s) select “remove” at the bottom of the page.
Reset the smart plug by pressing and holding down the power button at the front of the socket. (See individual product quick start guides for instructions on how to reset).
Add the product as if you were setting up for the first time, inputting your new routers details. (See individual product’s quick start guides for instructions on how to add your device).

WiFi Plugs can be controlled from anywhere in the world, as long as your phone and the WiFi Socket have a good internet connection.

Our WiFi Sockets give you the ability to create timers and schedules. So you can set your lamp to turn on at 9pm and make it look like you are home when you are now.
