We value your satisfaction with your Time2 Technology UK Limited. Our return policy ensures peace of mind and complies with UK consumer laws. Please review the following guidelines for a smooth returns process.

1. Returns Policy

Within 30 Days – Free Money Back Guarantee

For the first 30 days, enjoy our hassle-free money-back guarantee. If the product doesn’t meet your needs you can troubleshoot it with our support team or opt for a replacement. If unsatisfied with these options, a refund can be requested. This timeline begins thirty (30) days from the date the product was delivered to you. A prepaid label will be sent to you once completing the returns form. The product must be sent back within 30 days of receiving the shipping label and packaged if possible with the original packaging and upmost care.

The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days once the product is received and acknowledged at our Returns Manager.

Note: Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect on your method of payment.

31 Days to 1 Year

Products are under manufacturer warranty. During this period, you can troubleshoot any issues with the Time2 support team, and if unresolved, get a replacement or a similar product. Please note, this warranty does not apply to any defect in the Product arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, using the product in a way that we do not recommend, your failure to follow instructions, or any alterations or repair you carry out without our prior written approval. A restocking fee of 20% to 40% depending on the condition of the product and packaging returned will be administered. Customer will be liable to pay for any uninstall or postage charges during this period.

If you claim that the Product is defective, we will examine the returned Product and if you are entitled, we will notify you of our intentions to either repair or replace via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process your repair or replacement within 30 days of receiving the defective Product. You will incur the cost of returning the defective Product to us. If you are entitled to a repair or replacement of a defective Product we will not charge you for redeliver of the repaired or replaced Product.

Customers who have purchased Time2 Care packages enjoy extended warranty and accidental coverage.

1 Year to 3 Years

Beyond one year, software support continues. Customers who have purchased Time2 Care packages enjoy extended warranty and accidental coverage.

3 Years and Beyond

After three years, no software support is provided. Troubleshooting support continues.

2. Refund Process

2.1 Condition of Returned Items

Refunds are only applicable for purchases within the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Period. Upon Receipt of the product, the refund will processed within 5 to 10 business days once the product is received and acknowledged by our Returns Manager.

Note: Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your method of payment.

2.2 Damaged Products

Reduced goods value due to handling may be deducted from the refund, up to the contract price depending on the condition of the returned product.

2.3 Delivery Charges

Only postage will be covered to return products within the 30 day money back guarantee (as long as products are sent back in reasonable condition and packaged properly). This also includes products shipped back to the customer after between the 31 day to 1 year period if the product is confirmed defective.

3. Changes to this Policy

We may modify this return policy; updates will be posted on our website. This policy aligns with Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

4. Import duty for Returned or Replacement Products

4.1. If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to export/import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

4.2. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

5. Additional Notes

When returning a product that you purchased from us, the product must be returned in the same condition it was bought in and must be packaged with care. We will not be liable for any damage or loss whilst in transit or cost to uninstall the product. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 40% of the price of the product if the item is not returned in the same condition it was bought it.
