We deliver to all areas of the UK. Channel Islands is classed as overseas. 

Once you have placed your order we will process & ship it within 48 hours and it will be posted using Royal Mail 2nd class post. If you pay £3.95 your order will be posted using Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked. If you spend over £50 your postage is free and will be sent using Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked. 

During the checkout stage, on the left hand side you will see an option to ‘Checkout as a guest’, please use this option to continue to place the order. Or you can create a time2 account with us. 

If you are not happy with your product, you are entitled to a refund as long as you return your goods within 14 working days from the day you have received the product. The item(s) must be in ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging along with any accessories.

Whilst the goods are in your possession you are responsible for the care of the product including the safe return of the item.
