Our offices are open 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours (within normal working business hours). However during busy periods we may take slightly longer.

At time2 we believe in simplifying delivery as much as possible. We'll email you a tracking code as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse. All orders are shipped Monday to Friday before 3pm. If you have placed your order on a Friday after 3pm your order will be despatched Monday morning.
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. You'll receive an estimated 2-4 hour delivery window from them the day before delivery. Other couriers can only provide this on the day of delivery.
Not going to be in? You can choose to leave your order with a neighbour, at your safe place or collect it from your local Post Office collection point.
We've simplified our delivery charges as well.
You can use the Royal Mail 24hour tracked delivery option for an additional £3.95.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 aim to deliver your parcel the next working day and includes full online tracking, SMS/email recipient notifications and a Safeplace option if no one is home.
Shipping to Eire and the Scottish Highlands and Islands may incur an additional shipping charge.
Delivery to anywhere outside the UK is also available at an extra charge, please contact us for details before placing your order.
We offer a 30 Day full refund returns policy if the item does not meet with your satisfaction when you receive it. In this case, you will be responsible for safe return of the item with all original packaging in the same condition as it was dispatched. We also offer a 14 month warranty on all products registered on our website. If your item is faulty, within 14 months of purchase please contact us on 01254 272688 or send us a message before returning the item to us. We will provide you with our returns address and returns instructions and shall replace the item, or provide a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
